Ali is an engaging HR professional with 14 + years experience, who aspires to have a tangible impact as a leader beyond his HR role.
He is at his best when he feels connected to the business and is afforded the opportunity to meaningfully shape decisions and help his business partners to succeed. He spent his early career in generalist HR and advisory; before holding a number of senior HR roles with GE, where he was responsible for supporting talent management, engagement, and driving business transformation.
He joined Woolworths in 2014, initially within the groups Supply Chain where he occupied various leadership roles. In his current role Ali has dual accountability for the creation & implementation of the BWS people agenda and I also leads the Talent agenda across the Endeavour Drinks Group (EDG).
